How should worship leaders say “no” to someone who wants to serve but may not be the right fit for worship ministry?

Jody Cross is a husband to Alexandra, father to Jordan, Alyssa, Hannah and Joel. He serves as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Leadership Development at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Orillia.

Rob has been serving as Worship Pastor at Living Hope Church in Georgetown, ON since 2012. Rob has his Bachelor of Religious Education (Pastoral Studies) from Tyndale College and Seminary in Toronto, and is working on his Masters of Divinity at Heritage Seminary in Cambridge.

Pat is a worship pastor at Midtown church in Vancouver BC. He has pastored for 32 years. He has been married to his best friend for 34 years. He has 8 children and 4 grand-children.
