Can I register my youth group together? 

Yes. Once you register your church, the leader will receive a unique link that will allow your participants to fill in the necessary online forms. Church leaders can choose to have their group pay online, pay directly to the church (church will then be billed) or a combination of the two. Using the online form facilitates the collection of waivers and activity/breakout choices. If you’d like to discuss paying for a block to guarantee early bird prices, please be in touch with [email protected].

Can I refund my ticket?

Full or partial refunds are available according to this timeline (minus associated fees):

Full refund is available until April 30. 

50% refund is available from May 1-21.

No refund available after May 21.

Can I come if I am over 20 years of age?

Anyone over 20 who would like to attend needs to come as a youth chaperone, associated with a church that is bringing youth.

Can a youth attend without a chaperone?

Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a group chaperone if staying on campus overnight. Churches are required to provide their own chaperones and adequate supervision for their group. Youth without a chaperone can either choose to attend the conference without overnight accommodation or contact the event organizers at [email protected] to see if there is a local church group for the youth to join.

As a chaperone, where will I stay? How do I register? Do I have to pay?

Chaperones do need to register and pay. It is up to the church to ensure sufficient chaperone ratios are met, so check in with the leader of your group before registering. Chaperones will be placed in the same block of rooms as their youth but not in the same room. If your child safety plan has specific requirements, please email the conference organizer at [email protected].

Will there be food?

Yes. We are providing full meals and snacks, which are included in the ticket price. Specifically, the conference will provide snacks on Friday night, as well as three meals and a snack on Saturday. You will need to have dinner before you arrive on Friday. Additionally, you can also purchase snacks on-site, in limited quantities.

I need special dietary or housing accommodations. Who do I talk to?

What should I bring?

Clothing for one day, pyjamas, basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), a bible and a journal. 

If you’re hoping to participate in the Worship Jam activity, you may also want to bring an instrument. If you’re hoping to participate in a sports activity, you may want to bring an extra pair of athletic clothes and/or shoes. If you’d like to purchase snacks on-site (dependent on availability), you may want to bring some cash.

What should I expect from Redeemer’s accommodations?

Accommodations at Redeemer University range in size and hold 2-8 guests per unit. Each unit also has a full kitchen, living space and 1-2 bathrooms. Units then have 1-4 bedrooms and each bedroom generally has 2 beds.  You will only be placed with registered guests from your church group unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

What is included in my accommodations?

All guest accommodations include housekeeping services, bed linens (sheets, blanket), towels, coffee makers, complimentary local phone calls, wireless internet and parking. Soap will be provided but not shampoo/conditioner.

Is there parking?

Yes. Conference registration includes parking. If you are bringing a large bus, let us know at [email protected], and we will assist you with parking details.

Churches and Community 

Will it be recorded?

Yes, we will share media from the conference with ticket holders shortly after the conference. A few months later, they will be publicly accessible to all online.
